AxleDash pricing is simple and public: $40/mo for the Website plan, $179/mo for the Front Desk plan. No forced setup fees.
The 7-day free trial
The Website plan starts with a 7-day free trial. We build your preview for free first; the trial clock only starts when you claim the site.
- You’re not charged during the trial.
- If you cancel before day 7, you pay nothing.
- When the trial ends, it rolls into your monthly plan unless you’ve cancelled.
Monthly vs annual
- Monthly — pay as you go, cancel anytime.
- Annual — pay yearly and get two months free: Website is $400/year (vs $480), Front Desk is $1,790/year (vs $2,148).
You can switch between monthly and annual whenever you like.
Setup fees
There’s no forced setup fee. Building your site, connecting booking, and turning on the front desk are included in the monthly price. If you’d rather we handle every last detail hands-off, an optional white-glove setup is available as an add-on.
How am I charged?
Billing is by card on file and renews automatically on your billing date until you cancel. You’ll always be able to see your plan and next charge in your dashboard.
