How it works
When a job is finished, AxleDash sends the customer a short review request by text or email with a direct link. One tap and they’re on your Google review page. No clipboard, no “remember to ask,” no awkward pitch at the counter.
Why it matters
Your Google reviews are usually the first thing a new customer sees — and often the reason they pick you. More recent 5-star reviews mean more calls and more booked jobs, on autopilot, while you work.
Do I control the timing and message?
The requests are set up done-for-you with sensible timing after a completed job. Want to adjust the wording or when it sends? Tell us and we’ll tune it.
Does it spam people?
No. It’s one polite ask per finished job, and customers can opt out. The goal is to make it easy for the people who already like you to say so.
