If you cancel during your 7-day free trial, you’re not charged at all.

When does it take effect?

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

What happens to my website?

Your site comes down from our hosting when the plan ends — but your domain stays yours. It was always registered in your name. If you want to take your site content with you, tell us and we’ll help you export it.

Can I come back later?

Absolutely. If you cancel and want to return down the road, we can usually stand your site back up quickly from what we have.
