Upgrading to Front Desk
Start on the Website plan and add the Front Desk whenever missed calls become the bottleneck. When you upgrade, we turn on missed-call text-back, AI booking, and reminders, and set up carrier-registered business texting for you.
Downgrading
You can move from Front Desk back to Website too. The site, booking, and reviews stay; the phone features switch off at your next billing date.
Switching monthly ↔ annual
Prefer to pay yearly and grab two months free? Switch to annual anytime. You can go back to monthly as well.
When do changes take effect?
Plan changes take effect on your next billing date and are prorated, so you’re never double-charged for overlapping time.
