How to export your declined-work report from AutoLeap
AxleDash reads your AutoLeap export and turns your declined work into a recoverable-dollar number in about 60 seconds. No declined-work report handy? Any invoice or customer list from AutoLeap works too, and we’ll find your lapsed customers instead.
The report to look for
Look for your Declined Jobs (deferred work) report, in most versions: Reports → Declined Jobs, or a Sales / Repair Orders export.
Menu names move around between versions and plans, so treat this as a map, not exact clicks. If you can’t find the exact report, an invoice list or repair-order export works just as well.
Export it as a CSV, Excel (XLSX), or PDF report. Any of the three is fine.
What we read from it
You don’t need to clean it up or match a template. We detect the columns automatically, and messy or partial exports are fine. What helps:
- Customer name
- Contact info (phone or email, so we can reach them)
- Service or job description (what they were quoted or last had done)
- Amount (optional, we estimate when it’s missing)
- Date (optional, we adapt)
What happens next
Upload the file and the scan reads it in about 60 seconds: you see your recoverable total, then a prioritized list, highest-value first, ready for your service advisor to work. No card, no signup to see the number, and your customers’ details never travel in a URL.
Free. No card, no signup to see the total.
